For your convenience, this checklist section will help set set up a date for photography services and/or video production


CHECK LIST ONE:

Before scheduling a photo/video session, we ask that all realtors do a prior walk-thru of the property to be photographed.  Identify any details that you would not like to be featured on photos or videos such as: non-working lamps or fixtures, missing electrical outlet covers or smoke detectors, broken items, dirty floors(rugs, tiles, wood floor, exterior driveways, hallways or patio) and/or clutter.  For the best results, have properties staged as close as possible to a model home.  Potential buyers could be turned away if unwanted details are showing on photography or videos.


 

CHECK LIST TWO:

There are some factors that can increase the photography and/or video production rates for the services we provide.

We offer reasonable rates for properties within the Central Florida Area specifically: Lake Nona, Kissimmee, and Orlando (if its within a 20-25 mile radius from the Orlando International Airport). Properties further away will have a price increase to compensate for Travel expenses such as driving distance and traffic.


 

CHECK LIST THREE:

Photo or video service will require your presence onsite.  While we provide our service it is important for us to point out and recommend things we find more attractive while doing the job.  It is also important to get the Realtor’s approval when we provide the service to ensure your satisfaction before we provide the final product.

We offer same day turn around for photography, subject to time and availability of hire date.

 

For video production there is an additional turnaround time due to post-editing and finalization.

3: What type of file format you provide and do you charge extra for file formatting?

5: Do you keep the ownership and rights of our digital photography as well as videos?

Cancellations:
We value everyone's time, including ours, therefore we would appreciate you call or text us (24 Hours before the date scheduled) in the event you need to cancel the service.
